Coach Aden is on Top of Middle Distance Coaches Again!

This past week was one of the best weeks for Coach Jama Aden so far in 2014 winter indoors. Some of his top world class athletes scored big victories from different IAAF World Indoor meets.

It was sensational Ethiopian Genzeba Dibaba that smashed world indoor 1500m record with 3:55.17 in Karlsruhe, Germany. It was Russian’s Yelena Soboleva that set the old record of 3:58.28 in 2006. Dibebe’s new record is the fastest 1500m indoors or out since 1997. The runner-up, Angelika Cichocka of Poland, was nearly 13 seconds behind of Dibaba. Genzeba who will turn 23 on this coming Saturday, February 8th thinks she is very healthy and happy to be train with her coach Aden. She feels ready to defend her title at the world indoor championships in Sopot, Poland in March.

 

Musaeb Balla is another young athlete of Qatar who made a huge remark and set a new Asian Record in 600m with 1.15.83. Balla had also a great year last year and won three Gold in 800m in Arab Championships,GCC Championships, and Asian Track. Another great athlete of coach Aden’s  was Mohamed Moustaoui of Morocco who run 3000m with PB of 7:40.00 at PSD Bank meeting in Dusseldorf, Germany. Another top athlete to watch from Aden’s team is Ayanleh Souleiman of Djibouti. Souleiman was the Bronz medalist in 800m, at 2013 World Championships in Moscow. The 21 years old was 2013 1500m Diamond League Title winner. He also is preparing himself for the upcoming World Indoor Championships in Sopot. He is planning to run in the 1500m.

 

Coach Jama Aden who coached, and currently coaches some of the best athletes in the middle distance is a top contender to become The Best Middle Coach in the World one more time, according to some of IAAF officials. He was named before in 2008.
